"Clean Eating"

“Clean eating” is no longer something to do with kitchen hygiene ratings, it's the new buzz word synonymous with eating natural, whole, unprocessed foods, some of which I struggle to pronounce. When French Chef Alain Ducasse took meat off his menu in his Parisian restaurant, a city where meat is more important than sleep all in the name of 'naturalness', you know this buzz word is no joking matter. Across the pond, Londoners have also embraced the world of Kale and Chlorella and I am seriously loving it! Eating healthy use to be a chore, a real bore and a massive burden but I can thankfully say goodbye to evenings spent eating soggy broccoli and overcooked carrots to hit my 5-a-day and say hello to raw vegan taco bowls and chocolate cake (beetroot cake, that is). London's restaurant and cafe scene have welcomed the new trend and new healthy eateries are popping up everywhere.

I'm on a mission to eat and drink my way through London's best "clean" eateries and juice bars to firmly place them on your health radar.

Wish me luck!
